Come and join us for an afternoon exploring the upper body, its strength, its restrictions and its potential.
This workshop is a great progression from the Healthy Pelvis Workshop though it is accessible to those who are new to my work. We won’t actually be climbing trees or hanging (this time!) so there is no need for previous knowledge or monkey bar prowess!
