This is a fabulous book for anyone dealing with ‘pressure’ related issues.
By pressure I mean abdominal pressure … which usually shows itself by a weakness in the walls of the abdominal cavity (stomach & pelvic floor muscles) or something popping out of the abdominal cavity (like a hernia or prolapse).
