Alignment Matters (Katy Bowman)
This is the first book that Katy wrote. It’s all her blog posts from the first five years organised into body parts. It’s a great book to dip into and has so much content that you’ll probably want to start reading it again as soon as you finish! It’s not a quick read like more of her recent books, it’s more of a reference book … but if you’re body nerd or are looking for more depth on Katy’s work then this is definitely one to have on your bookshelf.
Move Your DNA (Katy Bowman)

Diastasis Recti (Katy Bowman)
This is a fabulous book for anyone dealing with 'pressure' related issues. By pressure I mean abdominal pressure ... which usually shows itself by a weakness in the walls of the abdominal cavity (stomach & pelvic floor muscles) or something popping out of the abdominal cavity (like a hernia or prolapse). Whichever of the uncomfortable scenarios you are experiencing this is the book for you that will get you functioning & moving better than ever before. ... and I know because I had huge 'pressure' issues after my third son and this book was spot on. Enjoy!

Written in great Katy style with a heap of exercises to get you reaping the barefoot rewards as fast and safely as possible.
Dynamic Aging
Excellent book for all... after all we're all aging right? ;) To combat the idea of being too old to make great improvements, Dynamic Aging is filled with stories and advice from four septuagenarians who have been following Bowmans program for a decade, From hiking mountains to climbing ladders and walking on cobblestones with ease, each of these women embodies the books message: No matter where you are starting, if you change how you move, you can change how you feel. >> Buy it on Amazon >>
