A workshop with more whole body movement for a healthy pelvis & pelvic floor
Are you one of those who asked for another workshop after attending the healthy pelvis movement workshop? Well, here it is :)!
Come along for an afternoon of more learning & movement. We’ll check-in with your alignment and run through a flow routine or two for you to take away with you.
This is a workshop for those who have attended a previous Healthy Pelvis Workshop or had at least two one-2-one sessions with me.
We’ll recap on alignment points and talk about lifestyle tips as we move … but the main focus will be on moving, building strength and dynamically increasing range of motion. We’ll build on the exercises and movements that you already know as well as learning some new ones. We’ll be working hard :).
