Live Workshop Attendee Cancellation Policy
We offer a cooling off period of 10 days following reciept of payment for the workshop. If you need to cancel your attendance at a workshop within this period you will get a full refund minus a £20 admin fee.
Outside of this cooling off period workshops are non-refundable unless the workshop is full and the place can be filled from our waiting list. In this case a full refund minus an admin fee of £20 will be offered.

The Active Balance reserves the right to cancel a workshop in the event of exceptional circumstance. In this case a full refund will be offered.
The Active Balance reserves the right to cancel a workshop in the events numbers are not sufficiently viable. In this case a full refund issued.
