We’ll build strength and flexibility to suit today’s world. We will focus on alignment.
Aimed at beginnner level.
But what exactly is sustainable yoga?
Sustainable yoga is a mindful active practice which blends the ancient wisdom of yoga with the modern science of biomechanics. It’s a practice where we will move to respect and restore our body whilst challenging ourselves to build strength and flexibility in areas we most need it. We will be mindful yet playful and leave feeling calm yet energised.

Summer second half – 7 weeks – 7th June – 19th July (incl) – £49 half-term block (£7/class) or £8/class drop-in
